On Christmas Eve, my mom gave me the task of making some mini cinnamon rolls to have with our "breakfast for dinner" meal that night. They are the easiest things to make I tell ya! And you know I had to take pictures every step of the way. :)
What You Will Need:
1 roll of Pillsbury crescent rollsCinnamonSugarButterPecans (optional)
1. Unroll your crescent rolls and put two triangles together to make one rectangle. Make sure to mush them together so they don't come apart.
2. Melt butter, and spread onto the dough with a brush or spoon, or whatever your little heart desires!
3. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar evenly over the buttered dough. Don't be stingy! :)
Add nuts if you'd like...
4. Carefully roll the dough.
5. Cut the roll into five pieces...and place into pan for baking.
6. Bake at 350 degrees until they look ready. Haha. You know...until golden brown. :)
7. The Icing - Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 3 teaspoons of milk, and a drop or two of vanilla extract, and drizzle over the cinnamon rolls! Soooo gooood. :)
Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of the cinnamon rolls after they were baked...but trust me, they were amazing! :)
