Yep...I did it.

You are probably thinking, "seriously Jenna?" Haha. Yep. I dyed Lilly's tail pink. I guess you could say I did it for Easter, but I really just did it just to do it!

How did I do it you might ask? With Kool-aid! Crazy huh? I just put a little bit of water in a cup and poured the powder in, just enough to make a paste, and ran it through her tail, rinsed, dried, and viola!
Well actually, I tried it first with red food coloring, and it didn't work very well, so the next day during our lunch break at work, a co-worker of mine did it with kool-aid. Awesome!

The funny thing about it, is I have absolutely no idea if/when it will come out, so I will definitely keep you posted about that part. Haha.
Ian took her outside to go potty yesterday, and a little kid walked up and said "is her tail naturally pink?" Ian was like "no my crazy wife did it." Yep.
So if you are ever wanting a cheap way to dye your pet's hair, kool-aid works just fine! Like I said, I will let you know if it comes out when washed. Have an amazing day people! :)

very cute! I started reading this from the bottom up (because I'm crazy like that) and was like oh how sad she spilled kool-aid on the pup, then got to the top and said wow what a cool idea.

anyhow i looks wonderful.
