We went to a really cool restaurant called Cock of the Walk. It's a seafood restaurant located on a lake...and they have a big cage outside with two peacocks in it...one male and one female.
Of course we had to stop and take a few pictures before we went inside for our "call ahead" reservation!
We don't eat there often...because it's about 45 minutes away from where we live, but we jump at any chance to go! The restaurant is really unique! You eat and drink out of metal dinnerware/drinkware...
The band that played was called "Pasadena," (be sure to check out their MySpace) and Ian knows Mike, one of the band members...who TOTALLY looks like Will Ferrell. Seriously. He's the one on the left playing electric...
Today, Ian and I went to our friends Eric and Dara's wedding. It was gorgeous...and so sweet because the groom got emotional...and when he did, he laughed, looked out at the crowd and said, "I'm emotional people!" It was hilarious...and sweet at the same time. :)
It's so cool to go to weddings and sort of re-live the whole wedding experience, and think back about our wedding day...and be amazed how fast time has gone by since Ian and I said "I Do."
That would be us. :)
I hope you all are having a totally awesome weekend so far! :)
